The military operation initiated by Palestinian factions on October 7 unveiled numerous regional and international dynamics, highlighting the roles of each party in this conflict. This issue extends beyond regional security, becoming a matter of international security. The visits of U.S. President Joe Biden to Israel and Russian President Vladimir Putin to Beijing are equally significant in that they will discuss common issues, including the Ukrainian crisis, security in the Pacific, and Middle Eastern security.
