Hassan Abdullah Ismaik is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of SPI, and a prominent intellectual, author, and researcher recognized for his contributions to political, economic, and strategic discourse. He has published hundreds of articles in Arab and international newspapers, journals, and research institutes, and maintains a notable intellectual and media presence in the fields of public thought, public policy, and development.

Alongside his intellectual and research activities, Ismaik is a businessman and Chairman of HAMIC Group, an investment conglomerate headquartered in the United Arab Emirates.

He also serves as Chairman of TSV 1860 Munich, where he is the club’s largest shareholder, in addition to chairing Al Ashmal Real Estate Investment Company in Jordan and Masaken Capital, a public shareholding company specializing in land development and industrial projects based in Amman, Jordan.

In 2014, Forbes ranked him as the third-youngest billionaire in the Middle East, reflecting the combination of his significant economic presence and his influential intellectual and research-oriented role across the region.
